아동학대 : 보호자를 포함한 성인이 아동의 건강 또는 복지를 해치거나 정상적 발달을 저해할 수 있는 신체적ㆍ정신적ㆍ성적 폭력이나 가혹행위를 하는 것과 아동의 보호자가 아동을 유기하거나 방임하는 것을 말한다.가정위탁 : 보호대상아동의 보호를 위하여 성범죄, 가정폭력, 아동학대, 정신질환 등의 전력이 없는 보건복지부령으로 정하는 기준에 적합한 가정에 보호대상아동을 일정 기간 위탁하는 것을 말한다.지원대상아동 : 아동이 조화롭고 건강하게 성장하는 데에 필요한 기초적인 조건이 갖추어지지 아니하여 사회적ㆍ경제적ㆍ정서적 지원이 필요한 아동을 말한다.보호대상아동 : 보호자가 없거… 展开全文
아동학대 : 보호자를 포함한 성인이 아동의 건강 또는 복지를 해치거나 정상적 발달을 저해할 수 있는 신체적ㆍ정신적ㆍ성적 폭력이나 가혹행위를 하는 것과 아동의 보호자가 아동을 유기하거나 방임하는 것을 말한다.가정위탁 : 보호대상아동의 보호를 위하여 성범죄, 가정폭력, 아동학대, 정신질환 등의 전력이 없는 보건복지부령으로 정하는 기준에 적합한 가정에 보호대상아동을 일정 기간 위탁하는 것을 말한다.지원대상아동 : 아동이 조화롭고 건강하게 성장하는 데에 필요한 기초적인 조건이 갖추어지지 아니하여 사회적ㆍ경제적ㆍ정서적 지원이 필요한 아동을 말한다.보호대상아동 : 보호자가 없거나 보호자로부터 이탈된 아동 또는 보호자가 아동을 학대하는 경우 등 그 보호자가 아동을 양육하기에 적당하지 아니하거나 양육할 능력이 없는 경우의 아동을 말한다.
